Testimonial Saya (:

Atas permintaan kenalan2, saya wt testimonial nh...(segan kot sbenrnye)

Yela, pegi mne2 x kire umah sedare ke, lepak ngn kwn2 yg dh lame x jmpe ke, temasuk gk yg slalu jmpe...

Msti tnye soalan2 yg brbunye begini,
"Mcm mne bley kurus?", "Eh, ko mkn pe smpai jd cmnh?", "Ni Bazli ke, ni Bad ke?"

Tgk, smpai kwn sndiri pn dh x knal...teruk2

Kdg2 jd segan bile ditnye soalan2 cmni....Takde la kurus sgt pn, cume dh x besar cm dlu je...hehe (:

Ni mnde2 yg dh dibuatt sepanjang 6 bulan lebih mengurangkan berat badan... :

1) -Tak makan nasi selama 5 bulan 16 hari (1 Mac - 16 Ogos)...sounds crazy ryte, actually bley nk mkn nasi, tp kenela cara sihat...sekali sehari pn dh cukup, waktu tgh hari tyme bdn memerlukan lebih tenaga utk beraktiviti -Nasi nh antara penyumbang besar pembentukan lemak bwh kulit, ni sume jd bila bdn gagal menghasilkan hormon insulin @ glucagon yg menukarkan lemak tersebut mnjd tenaga, ia akan disimpan mnjd lemak bwh kulit...

2)-Lakukan senaman cardio, joging 3-5 kali seminggu pn dh cukup...firstly, mulakan dgn kemampuan diri. Start dgn 20 minit kemudian naikkn smpai 40 minit pn dh ok..
-Joging ni membantu utk 'losing weight' disamping melancarkan pernafasan dan membentuk jantung yg sihat.. (:

3)-Lakukan senaman ABS ( nnt search kt youtube, byk set dye). Senaman ni function dye utk membentuk otot.

4)-Amalkan minum minuman 'FIBRE'(ada jual kt farmasi2) x kesah perisa ape2. Tujuan dye utk mengelakan lemak tersimpan dlm darah, mengurangkan pembentukan lemak pd badan dan melancarkan pembuangan digestive waste.

5)-Kurangkan makanan berminyak, fastfood dan sewaktu dgn nye.

6)-Minum air kosong dgn byk. Air kosong juga membantu dalam pembakaran lemak.

7)-Kalo ade duit lebih, beli alatan2 bersenam cm dumbell, strech spring atau pegi ke gym utk aktiviti sampingan.

Mm..tu jela kot yg dpt dikongsi bersame, sbenrnye nk wt sume mnde kene ade satu perkara dlm diri iaitu :

Belum pape lg dh dpt adiah lps exam
Iaitu pakej terbaik
Demam, Sakit Tekak, Batuk
